Jim grew up in the small town of Friendswood. He played sports and graduated from Friendswood High School in 1974. He went on to graduate from the University of Texas in Austin with a business degree in 1978.
Jim had a successful career in the financial services business for the past 40+ years, and recently retired in 2023. He acquired his Real Estate Brokers license after college and utilized it over the years to acquire numerous personal investments in farm and ranch land.
Jim and his wife, Kathy, were married in 1977 and have two sons, Brian and Jeff and one grandson, Ethan. Jim and Kathy live in Flatonia and have had property there for over 20 years.
Jim has experience both in buying and selling farm and ranch properties in the surrounding areas of Fayette County. He will work hard to sell your property or find the right property to purchase.
